SRAN DU BTS Productization Tribe's mission is to deliver competitive BTS products – WBTS & SBTS by efficient R&D, smooth co-operation between SW development and Integration & Verification with the focused e2e view.

 

We are looking for an SBTS integration owner to join BTS Productization Tribe within SRAN DU. The position will be in the SBTS Product Planning Squad.

 

Main Responsibility Area and general requirement:

Integration Management in SBTS with primary responsibility for the management of SBTS trunk and release branches, for both SBTS mainstream programs and maintenance programs.

Typically a minimum 5 years of project/program experience and/or CI, SCM expertise.

 

Job Descriptions:

  • To lead SRAN BTS integration management to deliver on time with good quality.
  • SBTS level branching strategy proposal and execution
  • Release branch planning complied with Program milestones
  • Plan schedule for PS&RAT update
  • PDDB upgrades aligned with content freeze
  • Co-ordination between RAT's (LTE, WCDMA, GSM) for on-time deliveries
  • Co-operation with CI team for SBTS build integration
  • Risk mitigation of key features integration
  • SW Quality keeper for trunk and branches with the support of FM
  • Decide about STOP&FIX when needed
  • Act as Product Owner for CB SCM team
  • Support to Release/PO teams on Release planning, strategy, and execution

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Hands-on SRAN BTS knowledge
  • Strong leadership and commitment
  • PMP will be a plus
